Refund Policy
When FreeJev refunds credit packs, service failures, and how to request a refund.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on FreeJev (freejev.org). Payments are processed by PayPal, and orders are sold by 上海微观思索科技有限公司（Shanghai Weiguan Sisuo Technology Co., Ltd.）.
Credit packs
- An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase.
- Once any credits from a pack have been used, that pack is non-refundable.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Service failures
If a paid action fails because of a problem on our side, we will restore the credits used or refund the charge.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and include your order ID or receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show them.
Disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We can usually resolve the issue faster directly.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
